Description

ADULT INTRO TO LASERS

SCHEDULE: Monday and Thursday, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
DURATION: Two weeks
PUBLIC: $365 | MEMBERS: $260
PREREQUISITES: Intermediate Adult 420 or similar small boat sailing experience. Students should feel confident with their sailing ability in a variety of conditions.

Interested in learning how to sail a Laser? These dynamic and challenging boats are a blast (once you learn how to rig them). This class is designed to get you comfortable sailing solo on one of the most popular boats in the world. This small group setting is ideal for individualized attention and instruction.

Students are expected to know the basics of sailing already and have the physical fitness and coordination needed to skipper these sometimes demanding boats. Sailors need to be comfortable in the water because we will practice safely capsizing and righting the laser.
