Description

ADULT INTERMEDIATE KEELBOAT

SCHEDULE: Monday and Thursday, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM,
DURATION: Two weeks
PUBLIC: $305 MEMBER: $215
PREREQUISITES: Beginning Keelboat or recent sailing experience

This class is for students who have already completed our Beginning Keelboat sailing class or have previous (recent) sailing experience and want to learn more. The small group instruction will focus on preparing you for to be confident sailing the Ensign Keelboat in medium and heavy winds.

Students will learn more advanced on-the-water boat handling, sail theory and an introduction to racing and spinnaker sailing.

Students will receive the US Sailing textbook "Learn Sailing Right! - Intermediate Sailing", to help reinforce the concepts taught in class.
